t-shirt reconstruction

hi,

ok. i remember someone posting awhile ago with this tutorial on how to make a t-shirt smaller.
i looked all the way back to march and couldnt find it in the old entries, and i also looked in the memories.
so basically waht i'm asking is - does anyone remember this post? and / or know where it is?
i'm really interested in re sizing some stuff over christmas break and even though i have a pretty good idea of how to do it, i'de like to look things over and make sure i dont forget anything.
