Step by step process of a neckalce I finished a few days ago!

Warning: lots of pictures under the cut.

Step One: Go to a mall and browse through an accessories store [in this case, Ardene]. Find a pair of earrings that you think would make a cute pendant.

Step Two: Go to a craft store where beads are sold [Michael's, in this case], and find some beads that match the earrings. Don't forget to bring the earrings with you!

I couldn't find a single pack of beads that matched the earrings, and began to wander into the next aisle, thinking that I'd have to go to a different store. Then I saw some packs of 'beaded fringe' which matched perfectly. So that's what I'm using. I'm going to use the green leaves for something else.

Step Three (Un-neccessary if you're just using a pack of beads): Cut the thread on the beaded fringe and take the beads off.

Step Four: Keep cutting!

Step Five: Same as step four!

Step Six: Finish cutting all of the beads apart from the ribbon. Now you have a pretty ribbon that you can use in another project!

Step Seven: Start separating all of the beads into different piles.

Step Eight: This is the longest and least-interesting part. You may need to take some breaks.

Step Nine: Start stringing! This is your neckalce after one strand:

After two strands:

After four, since I apparently forgot to take a picture after the third strand:

And finally, the finished necklace:

And here's another necklace I made a week-ish ago:

I hope you guys liked it :) Feel free to leave comments. I ♥ comments.
