I just joined this community a few days ago, and since everyone else seemed to be introducing themselves today, I figured I would, too. Sadly, I don't have any pictures of my recent crafts, but I thought I would share a couple of hats and some sculptures I've done in the past year. I do a lot of crocheting, especially in the winter. But I'm currently working on a bag crocheted from plasstic strips. I'll post pictures as soon as I finish.




That's me in the hat I made last summer out of all the scraps of yarn that were lying around.


I had a lot of yellow yarn, and my friend said she wanted a winter hat, so I made her this for Christmas.


This is a sculpture where I was supposed to use a thousand or more of something, so I chose pennies and stuck them in carved styrofoam.


Another crocheted project: crocheted hand with paper doll cuttings flowing out.
