mono + echo

mono (right) and echo (left) are mute, or possibly they just refuse to talk to anyone else. of course, even if you watched them for hours and hours it is unlikely you would here even a single sound. it appears that mono is the leader of the two but as she won't speak to anyone other than echo it is quite hard to tell. though they never make a sound they do appear to be quite sweet natured, leaving small wrapped candies and tiny origami cranes out for the children. unfortunately everyone is absolutely terrified of the girls, possibly due to their silence, possibly because of their affinity for black. whatever the reason their treats mostly go unclaimed, though they never seem to mind much.

they are joined at the shoulder and hip, but you cant really tell with their hair and skirt obscuring everything! and they do have little striped legs and little mary-janes somewhere under all that lace.
