Jul. 20th, 2005 03:53 pmOkay, so this is my second time around. I've got some recent jewelry editions to show you!
Hm, so the other day, I invested in some memory wire to make chokers with. I've never made any jewelry with memory wire before, but I've had it made for me and decided that I liked it. It's easier to work with than string or wire string, and it's by far the easiest jewelry to take on and off.
So... not much creativeness or originality behind these designs, but just pieces to prove that if other people can work with memory wire, so can I.
So...

The choker was the first thing I did. I thought it was a cute little getup. I had those pink and white frosted round beads that I didn't know what to do with, so I decided to use them with the hot pink glass beads. Then, it suddenly occured to me that there are such things as *sets* of jewelry, hence the earrings >.<

Ah! I love those crystals! They are fire topaz (or something similar to that) swarovskis. The pictures don't do them justice! They are like half orange half gold half yellow (3 halves... so what, heh) and they just sparkle and... ooohhh, I just love them ^.^ I only had twelve of them to work with, which is why I used to seed beads at the ends and why there are no matching earrings *sad face* I'm undecided as to whether or not they actually *go* with the bronze coins... thoughts?
Thanks for looking!
