Modifying T-shirts magazine source

I'm hoping someone here has a steel-trap memory and will help me with this question. Earlier this summer I read an article in a U.S. woman's magazine that featured several illustrated pages on how to alter t-shirts by cutting out collars and sleeves, and making strategic slashes, etc... I can't remember what magazine this was. Does this jog the memory of anyone out there? Thanks!
