Messenger Bag

I used some very pretty brocade material I got in NYC a couple months ago, with dragons all over it. It's lined with a pretty, glittery/shiny ? material, also from NYC.




I made a tutorial, but I don't know how helpful it is. You might have to read it through a couple times before making a messenger bag, but I didn't know if mine was going to work (I basically improvised), so I didn't think to take pictures as I made it. It took me 3 1/2- 4 hours.



PS- I don't actually carry around that huge dictionary (or any dictionary for that matter...:D), but it's there to give shape, so the bag doesn't flop into itself.

PPS- Okay, I lied. The pictures aren't huge.
