i'm an architecture graduate trying to find a job and while creating my portfolio, i thought it would be neat to add a page with the knit patterns i've designed myself. now, is this too far out there for the real world? as anyone added stuff they've made in their portfolio? would the people interviewing me go, "oh. quaint. ok. next please." instead of giving me high fives and cookies (which is what i assume happens when they offer you a job...right?)?
