craftgrrlI bought a Learn To Knit kit at Target a few weeks ago. It has a DVD and an instruction booklet, but not all of my questions are answered.

echoe69 brought to my attention July 26.
Anyhow, is there any difference between the English Method and the Continental Method other than the way you hold the yarn? Do they make different stitches or something?
How do I count the rows of my work? Is the cast on row Row #1?
Or do I not count the cast on row?
How many rows do I have in that picture?
