Cast Paper anyone?
Aug. 3rd, 2005 01:46 pmWell I finally sat down and made some cast paper bowls, something I have been wanting to do for a while but either havon't had the time to do or haven't had enough scrap paper. Well there are alot of pics behind the LJ cuts. I would love any feedback anyone can spare. :)
This one is my Moon celestial bowl, the full moon has some subtle glow in the dark paint on it which is pretty cool. Also there are three words on the bowl Dream, Imagine, and Wish as well as several gold shooting stars (I used glitter paint for the tails of the stars which may not show up in the photos but looks really lovely.

Fern Bowl - This one I really love, reminds me a bit of those sun prints you see people make with the blue papers. The colors on this bowl are just so warm and pretty, lots of red, blue, bronze, gold and copper colors in it,

Ocean Bowl - This was the first oen I decorated and I love the way the bubbles come up from the botom on the inside of the bowl (handpainted all those suckers myself). I also drilled three holes and attacted some sea shells to the ooutside hanging down.
