This doll is finally finished.

The hands. There is a ball of human hair in one hand, and a small framed photo of a Victorian-era couple in the other. Draw your own conclusions. I like people to make up their own stories/take whatever seems natural away from my art. People always ask me 'who's in your paintings? what does it mean? is there a story behind it?' - and I prefer not to answer, because to me, part of the appeal of art is making your own connection to it.

The bottom two photos are of my boyfriend Jason's doll, which is not finished as you can see.

Please forgive the crappy quality of the photographs; my digital camera sucks. I will, of course, have better photos taken later on.
