ideas?

okay, so here's the deal...

my parents are over in England visiting rellies (i'm in Australia) and i'm minding their house, animals and my younger sister (which is sort of the same thing as the animals only the animals are cleaner)...

my mum is run down and tired and worked pretty hard all her life trying to get this house fixed up because dad insisted 10 years ago that we had to have it because it was such a great deal and they have been renovating ever since...

anyway. while they are away i wanna try and do as much as i can. i want to atleast get a sewing room properly fixed up for mum. it sort of shares with this computer as well.

anyway. ULTIMATELY i'm just hopeing for some good ideas in what i can do to make it really nice and homely and so she knows its HERS as she hasn't really had her own space in the house.... so just nifty pretty ideas and stuff? if anyone has any i would GREATLY appreciate it!!!
