Hollowed Out Book

I took the idea straight from ReadyMade magazine, changed it just slightly, and am ever so proud!! I tried this about a year ago with a book that had super thin pages and learned from my mistake. I plan on making a few more as gifts!




I apologize profusely for the bad quality photos. I don't have a digital camera so these were taken with my phone! D'oh!

So here is the book. It is called A Mirror for Princes. I bought it at a White Elephant shop for 27 cents, not bad! I like the look of it. It is stamped Chicago Public Library along the sides.



An above view. It holds the iPod, the cords, the charger, and headphones. The little white space next to the cords is velcro to keep it shut.
