knitting emergency!!

ok so i started knitting a few months ago,i made a couple o really small items for me dolls,well i go back to it tonight and ive completly forgot what you do with the last ,very last cast off loop,i casting of fine,then i get to the last one and its like,eep what do i do with you!!!
lol,my memory,haha!
its to late to call anyone to ask them,please help me *begs*
