HELP!!

Ladies: I am sitting in my school library working on a project propsal for my manufacturing class. I am proposing a "picture tote". This is a smallish purse (8"x6"x2") and it needs something similar to clear vinyl or clear plastic (think a see through thicker version of seran wrap) to make a "picture frame". I can't find anything online and I have no clue as to what terms I should be googling. I should be here for a while yet. I'll be checking, hopefully someone knows what I am talking about and can help me out here.
