This may be a stretch but I'm going to ask anyways.....

I want to dread my hair horribly bad. I've wanted to for a good 2 years now.

Now I *know* I could do it by myself, but it just seems like doing every part I can't see would be difficult.

Anyone have any tips, suggestions on how to go about dreading my hair? I've looked at the Knotty Boy website and I'm considering buying the kit but without a friend(I know...it's sad...they are all gone to college!) I just can't see it happening on my own.
