help needed

hey guys

 i really need your help.

today i made a t-shirt dress and i have quite the problem it doesn't fit in the waist area...

 

 

 

p.s. it's still wet from the stich witchery.

now i'm wondering if i should add elastic somewhere or do something else to fix it. or is it just a lost cause.

any help/ideas/and tips are appreciated
