I just started a drawing class at school and we got some nifty supplies. However, there is one thing in my drawing set that neither, I, nor my teacher have any clue as to what it is. Any help would be awesome.

If this isn't allowed, point me in a different direction please!!






If you can't tell, it says, "water based varnish" on it.

No one knows what it's for or anything.
