With this as inspiration, I helped my friend Steven make his halloween costume... with his own twist. :)
We found a white shirt and white pants for $1 each, and dyed them with two packs of dark green Rit Dye.

We bought a plain white mask, coated Tacky Glue on it, dumped a bunch of purple glitter on it, and then used a sealant.

Then I put the question mark on his green shirt with Tulip black metallic fabric paint (to match his purple metlallic gloves), and freezer paper.

And then we had a plain white cane that we needed to make gold and glittery to match his mask. We just bought gold glittery ribbon and wrapped it around the cane, hot glueing it every now and then.

Now all he needs is a belt and a hat. :)
