This is my first entry, and the very first time I've actually finished a knitting project. Thus, I felt it a worthy enough success to post here!



The scarf, simple, standard garter stitch (I only learned how to do a purl yesterday), with chunky-esque yarn, and 9 gauge needles.

So in lust, in fact, that I am currently knitting a pixie cap with it, as well as an earwarmer thingie that ties behind your head for those days that you can't fit your hair into a hat.
