Since getting a drum carder(it's used for processing fibers to make them into fluffy batts and thus very easy to spin into yarn) I've been a mad woman, the way the machine works is just too much fun, even my boyfriend got interested and tried carding some fiber(of course under my watchful eye!)

These batts can be taken as is and spun into yarn. I tried to get really crazy with some of them(adding a little bit of everything) and I think the resulting yarn will be very awesome.

The fun part is in blending various 'plain' fibers to create something that just can't be ignored.
