Oct. 14th, 2005 12:21 amI have a great idea, I just need a little help executing it... I love elephants and I love bright colors... and I have tons of left over fabric - So i am thinking I can make use of some of these scraps and make them into elephants!!! They wouldn't be pillows.. more like really thin play animals... I was even thinking of making them into picture frames because I bought a remnant of 12 gauge clear vinyl from Jo-Ann fabrics (using it for an upcoming bag, only need a small bit of it though)
how should i do the edges? I am going to put a layer of leftover fleece in side so it has some depth... i know about stiching right sides together and then clipping curves to make it go right side out better.. but i dont know what i want to do.... and the mouth is going to be hard to figure out too - i might have to adjust the drawing a bit...
and for anyone curious - here is the crazy fabric i am using!!!
