Hi there, I'm new

Hi, I'm a new kid, so I'm popping into say hello. I've recently been trying to get back into being crafty and creative after having a baby, and thought I could use some online inspiration. Looks like I found it, everything I've seen on here so far has been fabulous.
My baby boy is eight months old, so most of my recent crafting has been kid related. I've been sewing since I was nine, learned to knit this past January, and dabble in lots of other craftyness. In the past I've been pretty heavily into doll customizing and OOAK (one of a kind) dolls, and I love japanese dolls by Takara. That obsession led to finding lots of great Japanese crafting books, and rediscovering some of my other toymaking skills. Having a boy means putting the dollies on hold for awhile, but I'm all about discovering the world of dinosaurs, robots and cars!
