Rotary Cutting Suggestion/Advise..

I've been in need of a cutting tool.. I can't cut a straight line for the life of me, be in paper or fabric ... and I seem to do a lot of it lately for a variety of reasons...

I don't quilt but I saw THIS recently...



Has anyone used it? Does it hold up okay??

**I just put up the Joanns site as an example. Not sure where or even if I'm getting it yet. The size (18" X 24") is okay for what I'm doing...
