Hiya! I believe this is my first post here. I am pretty sure I got this idea on the advice of someone on the glitter forum over at getcrafty. I have had several roses bunched up with a ribbon on my wall for years that have quite a bit of sentimental meaning to me. They were getting dusty and falling to bits in the midst of a move so I decided to do this with the petals.

Michaels had the clear glass balls for 50 cents apiece a couple of weeks ago. I think the next time I do something like this, I'll probably bring the flowers into the bathroom during a shower so they aren't quite so dry and fragile, but I was still able to salvage about 2/3 of them by carefully pulling them off the flower and rolling them lengthwise to slip them in the ball.
