something special

So my grandfather doesn't have much longer to live. He's been diagnosed with alzheimer's and my mother doesn't know if he's going to make it to next christmas.
I really want to make something special for him this christmas. I gave him a frame with a picture of him and me (as a baby) and wrote a special note to him one year, which really made him happy, but i want to do something a little more this year.
If anyone has suggestions I would gladly apprieciate it...
I'm really busy with finals so I'm going to have to work the week before christmas on it, so it can't be something that takes a whole LOT of work... But still special.
