It's a bit late but I figured I'd post pictures of the two ornaments I painted this Christmas. I bought the bases, nothing special but it's a really cheap way to make custom presents.

I made the first one that says Slash was for my bf, Slash is our cat. I made the Coach one for his family after I heard they loved the Slash one. I didn't have time for make cat ones (they have 5 between them) so I made one of their dog that had to be put down last year. He was their only family pet for a long time and they all really loved him (his sister even got "Coach" tattooed on her after Christmas) so I thought he deserved a place on the tree too. They all almost cried when they saw it and all wanted to be the one to put it on the tree.
