I've been crocheting. Made a scarf, a frog, and a hat.

I'm giving this to my man for Valentine's Day. I based it off Roxy's amigurumi frog. Hers is cuter, imo, but I like this little guy. I used left-over yarn. That's why he's two different greens. He's kind of off-kilter and falls over real easy. But he sure is cute.

I especially like his webbed feet!

Here's the scarf. Nothing special, really. All single crochet. 12 stitches per row.
Here's the hat:
The scarf above is true color, taken with flash. The hat is made of the same yarn.

I am not happy with the hat. It wears like one of those old-timey football helmets. NOT flattering. I haven't tied it off yet. This is just a pattern I made up as I went along. I've redone it in three different patterns now and I haven't liked any of them. I want it to be single crochet so it matches the scarf. It's a bulky yarn (Tahki Stacy Dazzle) and I'm using an N-9.00mm hook.
Any suggestions, criticizm, etc. welcome. Thank you!
