Jan. 18th, 2006 01:04 pmSlowly but surely, I'm moving along here...I hit the Joann sale on Monday and came home with 78 yards of fabric, so hopefully I'll be having quite a bit more to post in the next few weeks! :)
I think I shall call this dress "Lime Divine," unless someone has a better suggestion. The actual pattern shows the bears dressed as watermelons, I just changed the colors to make them lemons and limes. I know the designer, and have permission to use her designs either way...I just thought this was a cute variation.
This was my first time using rick rack to frame the design, and I decided to hand stitch it on. I don't *love* it, but I think it worked out ok.
Anyway, on to the dress!
