A bag I made over christmas break for toting my books and stuff. My first attempt at applique!
The bag itself
Made out of a giagantic thrift store circle skirt (the black and white houndstooth (if that is what you call it)) that I pilfered from our high-schools costume wardrobe for Copa Cabana last year after the show was performed (terribly might I add)
With my books for my voice lesson in it.
The lining is out of plain old cotton fabric that I found in the remenant bin at JoAnn's.
The applique!
It doesn't look that uneven in real life. The petals are much more congruant.
Thanks for looking! And sorry for the initial cut-screw up. I screwed up the cut, because I'm dumb.
