craftgrrl | A couple of wee collages (Reply)

Hullo...I've been a member here for a wee while but I'm without a digital camera so I haven't really been able to post anything here. I've not seen anything posted about them before so I don't know what the deal with posting these is so feel free to tell me off if I get it wrong.

These are just a couple of collages I've made for my wall. I was feeling bored and vaguely arty so I thought I'd have a bash at doing something creative. I don't have that much creative originality so I'm afraid their just collages of images from magazines that I thought looked cool.

This one lives on the side of my wardrobe, I made it last year and, well it's not very good but it was my first attempt at anything like this. The images were taken from Kerrang and Empire magazines.

This was a CD cover I made for a friend, to brighten up the (really quite boring) cover (that you can still see underneath), the images were taken from Kerrang magazine and a program for the Edinburgh filmhouse.

And finally we have my latest effort. This adorns my kitchen cupboard door. Images taken from Empire magazine. As with all these collages, no copyright infringement is intended. I only made them to brighten up the place and I don't make any money from them (nor do I think they're good enough that I should) I just wanted to show them off. Oh and if anyone steals them (tho why they'd want to elludes me) I'll hunt them down and kick their ass....

Sorry bout that but I'd rather cover myself.

Anyways...I hope this shows some sort of progression, I like to think I'm getting better at it, but I thought I'd share to see what other people thought. :)
