Wheeee! Valentines! For my favorite saucy Mexican goth-girl trapped in Ohio. I wanted to handstitch something, so I made her an Immaculate Heart. Hopefully it'll go well in her Day-of-the-Dead kitchen. The red and orange fabrics and the copper are bits left over from the costume I wore to her wedding (we all dressed as angels or demons), the orange shard in the middle of the flame is a piece of reflector plastic I found by the busstop. I added some red beading to make it extra sparkly, because OMG SPARKLES = HOLY. The roses are just cheapy paper crafty ones. I'm not sure what it's FOR, besides, y'know, lookin' pretty and poking people with sharp metal bits, but I like it.
