Hi. This is my first time posting and I come with a question. I figured since everyone here is really creative, this would make the perfect spot.

For my dance recital we are doing a song from CATS. We are making our costumes and some of the girls want cat ears. How would you suggest making some? They need to stay in our hair (our hair will be pulled back into a bun) since we are doing tumbling so it can't just be a regular headband. I figured whatever it is I could just wrapped in some type of "fur" and then add stuffed felt as the ears.

Does anyone have any suggestions for the "headbands" or even better suggestions to make them?

And one more question, any suggestions for props? We are looking a garbage cans but then we are stuck on what else we can use and tie into the dance.
