My friend sent me these photos of his cousin's prom dress, and I'm officially COMPLETELY loving it and inspired to make my own. Only problem is that I'm having a hell of a time
A- Finding a bodice pattern with capped sleeves, and
B- Figuring out what sort of fabric has been used

Any help would be muchos appreciated!
