In some misguided attempt to get more people to donate blood, the Red Cross gave out some pretty wretched little bag/sack things to people who donated. Luckily, it had a wide vinyl band at the bottom, so I chopped it off to see if my sewing machine could handle the material:)
This odd bird patch-thing is the result! Does anyone have any advice on locking in machine-stitching with this stuff? When I backstich, it's very noticeable and ugly:P
