Feb. 26th, 2006 07:29 pmHello again! Since you had to deal with a text only post about stupid glass globs *laughs* I decided I should show you guys how you've ALREADY inspired me. :)

I slaved over this all day. I honestly think it's the most interesting thing I've made. The picture doesn't do it justice though. It's made with vintage glass beads that I got at a tag sale, and the pendant is dichroic glass. The pendant was actually a STEAL because it was sold to me for only fifteen dollars. He definitely could've gotten 30-40 for it though. I thought it was great that the beads matched the pendant so well.

These are some earrings I made with copper colored glass discs and some faux turquoise. (It's really glass)Very simple, but kinda funky too. I like them. :)

I'm so annoyed that my camera made this shot so blurry, but you get the idea. It's the matching necklace to the earrings.

I get so many compliments on this. It's actually made with plastic, glass and crystals so it's pretty mixed. It's very bold. My kinda thing. <3

And the matching earrings to that necklace. I actually don't wear them together...that's too much for me. But they're made with the same beads as the necklace. Sorry again for the blurryness.

I made this for my sister about an hour ago. It's very simple....but she's pretty conservative with her jewelry tastes so that's why it's kind of toned down. It's made with rose quartz and faux pearls. Again, another steal...I got a huge strand of the rose quartz for a DOLLAR at a church rummage sale. <3

Nothing special here. The greenish looking beads are actually more of a blueish teal....though I'd point that out since the camera isn't true to color here. All glass.

The necklace on the left I call my beetlejuice necklace. I don't know why...there's just something about it that makes me think of the show. Haha. The necklace on the right is made with glass and hematite....and the organe light on the pendant? Ignore it. It's just the reflection of my lamp. :)
