I finally got my bf's digital camera so I could take pictures of the stuff I made, since my camera sucks. :)

Details:
6ft long with fringe
6 inches wide
all ssc (some sort of single crochet where you insert, yo, draw through, then yo and draw through the two loops. I thought that WAS single crochet, but then I've been reading otherwise in various places.)

Red Heart Light & Lofty in Wine
(darker red with maroon/burgundy intertwined)

This is actually it's true color:

I'm still having problems with the end not being the same width as the beginning. I've got about a foot of 6 1/2 inches and then it tapers a slightly and stays steady at 6 inches for the other 5 feet. I'm thinking maybe it's my tension but fortunately, it's not that big a difference this time. It's actually not noticeable at all until you put the ends up to each other.

There was almost a hat to match, but I ran out of yarn halfway through it. But I'm not jewish, nor have anybody in my immediate friends circle that is, so I really have no use for a handmade red crochet yarmulke. :) Hence, the rest became a washcloth. A warm and toasty washcloth...

And the bracelet is made from glass beads with silver paint on them that I found at Michael's one day. Earrings match..
