Hi,

I just joined the group. I'm obsessed with decoupage and embroidery.

A family friend heard about this crafts project that one of her friends does, but she doesn't know what it's called or how to make it. I wanted to try and explain it here to see if anyone knows anything about this.

It involves cut out pictures (probably on a flat surface), but there's a special kind of glue that you use to make the pictures three dimensional.

Does anyone have any idea what this is called?
