Coffee Crafts
Mar. 23rd, 2006 09:38 pmI did my first swap on Craftster.org. It was called "I <3 Coffee/Tea." My partner is a coffee lover. These are the things I made for her.
Everything all together:

Coffee soap, coffee-colored bracelet, Nips Coffee Candies, a box of coffee coasters, and espresso cookies.
Close-up of the soap:

The bracelet:

The box holding the coasters:

I used scrapbooking papers to cover the box lid and body. Then coffee-died some paper and printed out the letters c-o-f-f-e-e on it. Then I put shiny dome things over the letters to make them stand out on the lid.
The side of the box:

(The cut-out is for easier access to the coasters.)
The coaster:

(There are four of these inside the box)
Swapping is so much fun. It is a great way to break out of the usual and use all those craft products I have in my closet.
P.S. If you are Knit_Core from Craftster.org DON'T LOOK!
