craftgrrlOKAY so i'm trying to paint on shirts and stencil and such but everytime i use my fabric paint or blockprinting paint it dries really hard and i dont think washing will even help..can anyone give me suggestions on some good paint for simply painting on to a cotton shirt? Thank you!
