craftgrrl | question to all europeans/ germans here! [mods, if it isn' t appropriate, i'll delete it, no prob!]

ok, so i wanna stencil a t-shirt and everything would be great and no problem but: can i use "art potch" for textile [ used for that technique where you attach napkins to surfaces --> serviettentechnik] to mix it with acrylic paint just like all american tutorials use textile medium?
[ it says "textile medium" on the bottle, but next to it "glue" and you are supposed to drain the base in it before you stick the napkin onto the fabric, so i don' t wanna dish out money for nothing]

[ btw: i' ve worked out a pattern for those "minnetonka"-boots, now i'll try it on denim or some sturdy material first and then we'll see...thanks for all your help regarding that issue!:)]
