Wedding Bliss
May. 2nd, 2006 10:24 pmIn January, my partner of 7 years asked me to marry him... Well, I've been a busy planning beaver since then! But I've lacked the ability to move beyond planning! Last week, I recruited my step mom to come and help me make decisions. Now, I'm progressing well. And tonight, I actually dug out my camera to take a few pictures!

We are having a white canopied tent - the poles are poles and I decided that they needed to be covered.

My niece is going to be our flowergirl. Although our wedding does not need a flower girl (we aren't walking up 'the aisle')but my niece was so dissapointed when she found out we weren't planning on it, I had to ask her because she is just too cute to see sad!

This is the centre piece. The frame will be painted similar to the flower. The candles are sitting on picture of our apple tree - the tree which we will be married under.

and

The wedding favor will contain a set of 6 handmade wine charms, the lady bug picture holder, a tulle pouch with jelly beans, an envelope with seeds from our garden (poppies and sunflowers), possible housed in a mini terra cotta pot with our names and wedding date painted on the front. If I keep running out of time, the items will be tucked in an organza bag.
The days are a tickin'! Only 25 (holy cow) more days!
Thanks for looking!
