craftgrrlI have a question. What kind of paint can I use to paint those rubber-material kinda pumps?
I've got this pair of Melissa rubber pumps I wanna cover due to dirty scuff marks. It's white, and the material is like, wellington boots kind? Do you think I could use nail polish, or would it dis-integrate it? Thanks!
