craftgrrlI've been trying to hem the top part of this dress, and it keeps doing that bunchy-rolly effect.
I pressed. I pinned. I don't know where to go from here to fix this problem. Anyone else have this problem before?
Could it be the fabric? Should I make some adjustments to the machine?
