craftgrrlHi! I saw these hair bows in eBay and I wanted to know how the seller made these.
I've already tried making these but I can't seem to 'bunch' the middle part correctly enough to make it look nice.
If you have any ideas on how to make these look nice, it'd be much appreciated.
