i need your help...
Jun. 21st, 2006 12:44 amso i'm trying to make this painting/stencil/gift and i worked on it for hours and it was ridiculous and i'm exhausted. the most overwhelming thing about a stencil is no matter how hard you work, it still might look bad when you pull the paper off to see how it looks. well... this is my first 3 layer stencil so i shouldn't have had such high expectations but of course i did. i've been stencilling for years and finally got around to doing a big/hard one. the size of this baby was 3 computer papers by 3 computer papers, so it was pretty big... which made it really hard to keep it lined up. anyway, i took this picture a few days ago and really wanted to turn it into a painting. at first i was only going to do two layers but i was over ambitious and decided to do 3. (i'm kicking myself now)
ANYWAY, that's my life story.
my problem is...i'm not ever sure if you can tell what the heck this is...
please tell me what this look like to you...
it looks alright from far away i guess but up close it looks...blah.
lookie:

that's from about 10 ft away i guess

thanks!!!!
