Afghan Stitch Project

This will mean nothing to you unless you play Neopets, but it's a Darigan banner. I used afghan stitch and then cross-stitched the D onto it when done.
Afghan stitch is a lot of fun, but it rolls on you. Someone suggested I use a lot of fabric softener when I wash it and then use dryer sheets as well. It did help some, but not much. I pinned it down for the picture.
This is what it looked like before I washed it:

Now that it's washed, it rolls more like it's a scroll or something, so I'm toying with the idea of making a scroll now just because I think scrolls are cool!
