Hi, I'm new to the community. (:

I checked the memories section on clay, but I didn't find what I was looking for, I'm sorry if this has already been discussed.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any sort of base that could be added to 'natural'(?) clay to make it more managable. I went rafting yesterday and brought back clay that I found on my trip. It's very wet, and when it starts to dry it just sticks all over everything. I'd like to be able to make figurines and such out of it.
Also, if anyone knows of any active 'clay communities', please post!
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
