craftgrrl | Another laptop bag (Reply)

I got really tired of the laptop bag I made last week really fast... I guess I just didn't like the way it sat when I carried it... hmm. But I feel bad for abandoning it so I might give it to someone or sell it.

I also had a lot of fun with this shirt. I got it from thinkgeek.com and accidentally ruined it with bleach (like the blue Rey Mysterio one I think I showed here before)... so I "tie dyed" it. I think this one turned out a lot better than the first one.

EDIT: I also had a question and I'd feel guilty making a double post... so completely unrelated, but I want to make myself a shower cap because I'm tired of relying on those cheapo hotel ones that fall apart after a couple weeks. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of this http://www.sopretty.com.au/products/golden_leaves_gold/144/1 except not quite as fancy). Anyway the problem is that I have no idea what material to use. Obviously it has to be some sort of plasticy type thing so that the water cannot get through, but what is this called? I have been looking online for the perfect material but it is kind of hard to do when I have no idea what the name of it is. Thanks!
