The pictures are rather blurry, since I dashed them off before the camera batteries died, but I wanted to share the luggage tag I made before I head off to spend a couple days off the grid:D





The whole thing, in it's blurry glory;) It is about 5 inches long by 2inches wide


It's covered up and all, but you can see that's just one of those little address labels. My first plan was to embroider the letters on, but I got too lazy and my letters got really big. As in VERY big. So I picked them all out, cut a little slot, and stuck the address label onto a flattened out film roll (the metal bit that the film is actually in, not the plastic thing).

I actually really like how the metal worked, because it keeps the whole deal pretty stiff, and the ends of the metal have these little bits of velvet stuck on which keeps it from sliding around between the two felt sides too much:)
